We provide our clients with legal services in a variety of IP matters, including protection, use and enforcement of trademarks, copyright, patents, design and trade secrets, franchising, licensing, media law, product registration with NAFDAC and more.
Dispute Resolution
Our dispute resolution practice focuses on litigation and ADR solutions in respect of disputes arising from corporate and commercial transactions as well as taxation, property, labour law, pension matters amongst others. We also work with our clients to minimise the risk of future litigation.
